We carefully select our soy to ensure consistency in quality and nutritional characteristics. Possible application areas include vegetable drinks and derivatives, meat & cheese analogs, bakery.

The mechanical process of removing the outer integument causes the soybean grain to break into two halves, making it the ideal ingredient for preparations such as tofu and tempeh.
